Applied security, vision, and governance projects

SECURITY & CLOUD

Quiet Riot – Cloud Security Enumeration

Quiet Riot is a security enumeration tool for cloud environments, designed to help defenders understand their effective attack surface without overwhelming them with noise. The focus is on high-signal findings that map directly to concrete remediation steps and control narratives.

Cloud SecurityEnumerationThreat Modeling

Current work focuses on making enumeration outputs legible to auditors and risk committees, not just security engineers.

HackingThe.Cloud Contributions

Contributor to HackingThe.Cloud, an open knowledge base for cloud-focused adversary techniques and defensive patterns. My contributions focus on practical attack paths, IAM misconfigurations, and ways to build controls that actually survive contact with production environments.

These pieces are written for both red and blue teams, with an eye toward how internal audit and governance functions can consume technical findings.

VISION & SYSTEMS

Localization Tools – Rust GUI & CLI

Multi-modal localization toolkit with both a desktop GUI (egui) and a headless CLI for experimentation on servers and SBCs. Used for research into persistent 3D reconstruction, map matching, and fusion of visual, RF, magnetic, and other sensor modalities.

Rustegui/eframeMulti-Modal Fusion

Distributed as notarized macOS binaries and Linux builds, and available as source in this repository.

Edge-Based 3D Reconstruction Pipelines

Architectures for streaming egocentric video to near-edge compute nodes for real-time 3D reconstruction and AR overlays with sub-30ms latency budgets. Work here balances systems engineering (latency, throughput, resource constraints) with geometric accuracy and robustness.

GOVERNANCE, AUDIT & AI ASSURANCE

Internal Audit & Cybersecurity Risk (LSU)

As Associate Director of the Center for Internal Auditing and Cybersecurity Risk Management at LSU, I work with students, practitioners, and faculty on education and applied research in internal audit, cyber risk, and AI governance.

Current focus areas include assurance over AI/ML systems, control design for probabilistic systems, and bridging the gap between technical implementations and board-level risk narratives.

CTO, Polaris EcoSystems, Inc.

At Polaris, I lead technology strategy at the intersection of geospatial data, 3D reconstruction, and pro-social governance. The goal is to build systems that help organizations see their physical and digital risk surfaces clearly enough to change their behavior.
